Our versatile IntelliGrants platform has been utilized primarily for Grants Management until now. We are currently expanding that utilization beyond Grants Management with the formation of our Business Development Team. This team of highly skilled Business Analysts, Developers and Configuration Specialists utilize the IntelliGrants platform to develop new software product offerings in the State and Local Government sector.

Job Description

A Project Lead will oversee a fully implemented system(s) and have regular conversations with the client(s) to map out and gather requirements for the client(s) next grant cycle. Once requirements are determined the Project Lead will either work on updating the templates, forms and processes themselves, or assign the work to other configuration specialists and/or developers while checking the work upon submission to ensure quality. Project leads are required to complete Configuration training (using the interface to set up roles, templates, forms, and process within our software) and will be asked to do configuration work on a regular basis throughout their employment. Project leads report directly to a Team Lead and work with the Team Lead to assign out work to resources or manage their own workload. Project leads are there to support the Team Lead on a day-to-day basis as it pertains to the project(s) they oversee and communicate with the Team Lead and the client(s) the status of work in process. The work environment is highly collaborative with times of both team and individual work on specific dedicated tasks relating back to the overall goal of the project.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates requirements and identifies implementation risks within the IntelliGrants product
  • Works directly with clients to define and document high-level business requirements (e.g., Scope Document)
  • Documents detailed requirements in IntelliGrants analysis’ template documents (e.g., Form Permissions, Workflows, Report Mock-Ups, etc.)
  • Assist in designing end-user interfaces specific to client programs
  • Manages the implementation (configuration and development) of IntelliGrants implementations
  • Oversees the Quality Control process to ensure that all deliverable requirements are being satisfied before the client deliverable verification process begins
  • Develops functional and user acceptance testing scripts in accordance with the client contract on Agate best practices
  • Partners with the Project Manager/Team Leader to ensure that the project stays within scope, time and budget
  • Perform other similar and related duties as required or as directed

  • Routinely creates tasks for themselves or others to complete the work as it pertains to contract/statement of work with client
  • Knowledge of basic networking principles, the internet, web browsers/browsing/caching/etc.
  • Proficient with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook) and web browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari)

Education and Experience

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience
  • 0-2 years’ experience in the field or related area
