The benefits of the system is a smooth workflow and digital file management service. It has provided us with more monitoring tools and accessibility to the entities we partner with, the workflows are seamless and intuitive to our policy and regulation needs.

The conversion to IGX reduced our annual operations expense and provided us the ability to flex those funds to programs that impact traffic safety.

Our workflow has improved immensely since we launched IntelliGrants IGX. The functionality of the system has automated several laborious tasks, such as contract creation, equipment tracking, account fund management, grant monitoring and application review.

While we are still relatively new IntelliGrants users, it’s difficult to say how much time we save with this system, as we are still testing and training new users. This system is more automated than our prior system and therefore, tasks that used to take hours, now take minutes to complete.

Working with Agate over the past few years has been a great experience. Their extensive knowledge and guidance has helped our office become more efficient and productive when it comes to the online grant system. Their support staff has been able to take my questions and inquiries and enhance the online experience for all users.

Agate staff have worked diligently with TDA to understand the programs’ needs and recommend strategies to effectively and efficiently create an online system to manage more than dozen grant application processes. TDA stakeholders have found working in the system to be intuitive and appreciate the logical flow of information.

The Department of Community Affairs (DCA) has been using the SAGE System for almost 20 years to manage and administer electronic grants. The System has been designed to the needs of the processes and procedures of the department for better controls. The experience has been excellent with the System and with the users and easy to handle. The developers of AGATE and Department of Community Affairs (DCA) have developed an excellent level of ethic work and professionalism. We continue with AGATE looking to the future to improve the system in the new technology and process.

[Agate] worked diligently with DPS to customize the E-Grants system in order to meet the different business needs of our divisions. DPS divisions process several types of federal grants and can have varying process workflows to support these needs. [Agate] was able to incorporate these separate needs, while maintaining centralized parts of the process, such as financial processing and reporting. With their customizations, the system ensures DPS is in compliance with federal regulations, state policies, and procedures.

We are really so grateful for the expertise and initiative taken by Agate staff to give us a work product that has truly been a game changer for our office. We could not ask for a better team at Agate. Truly exceptional in every way. Questions and concerns are answered with the utmost urgency and always resolved efficiently.

While new Agate program staff rotated in and out, communication and quality of work with Agate team remained consistent. The regular Agate check-in at the program and admin level provided us with opportunities to discuss progress, changes, plans, and timelines.
